We sell our services worldwide and our deliveries are made digitally via email. Under normal circumstances your personalized song is delivered within 7 business days. For customers who need their song faster we offer express delivery within 24 hours for an additional fee.
If delays in delivery occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) such as technical issues, interruptions to third-party services or other unforeseen events, we are not responsible for any issues caused by the delivery time. Wait up to 14 business days before contacting customer service about a missing delivery.
Our songs are produced with the help of our production partners in order to offer you the best possible prices and highest quality. We reserve the right for any errors that may occur during production. By making a purchase with us you accept all the terms specified on this website. We therefore advise you to contact us in advance if you have questions regarding a purchase before you enter into a sales agreement. For any complaints or other questions you should always contact us by email.

After receiving the email with your delivery the access link should work immediately. Check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find the email. If you still have issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
