Delivery of digital product
We deliver your finished song digitally via email within 7 business days from approved order. Your personal song is made available through an access link sent to the email address you provided at order.
For customers who choose express delivery (priority production), your song will be delivered within 24 hours for an additional fee.
Important about delivery
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide is correct and can receive our messages. Delivery is considered complete when the access link is made available via email, regardless of whether you have opened the email, clicked the link, or listened to the product.
Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see the delivery in your inbox.
Delays and force majeure
If delivery delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) such as technical problems, third-party service interruptions, or other unforeseen events, we are not responsible for any issues caused by the delivery time.
Our delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed and may therefore vary. Access links may be time-limited, changed, or disabled without prior notice. We do not promise ongoing hosting, archiving, backup, redelivery, or continued availability.
We are not responsible for delays or access issues caused by events beyond our control or by your devices, software, internet service, or email settings.
Where is my order?

At high volumes, processing times may vary. The time indicated above is only an estimate of what our deliveries usually take. The times above are not guaranteed delivery times.
Discount codes
Discount codes must be used before completing the purchase. Melodiavoss does not accept discount codes after the purchase is completed.
