Digital product delivery

Your personalised song is delivered digitally via email, usually inom 72 timmar after your order has been approved. The song will be available via a link sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

If you choose express delivery, you'll receive your song within 1 timme for an additional fee.

Important information about delivery

You are responsible for providing a valid, working email address. Delivery is considered complete once the access link has been made available via email – regardless of whether you open the email or access its contents. If your song doesn't arrive, please check your spam folder before contacting support.

Delays and force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including technical issues or interruptions at third-party providers. Our stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. In rare cases, the access link may be time-limited or changed without prior notice; we do not guarantee permanent hosting, archiving or backup of files.

Where is my order?

Standard delivery takes up to 72 hours; express delivery takes 1 hour. During periods of high demand, processing times may vary.

Discount codes

Discount codes must be used before completing your purchase. We cannot apply a discount retroactively after purchase.
