These purchase terms apply to your purchase of a personalised song from Melodiavoss.

Collection of information

When you visit the website, we automatically collect device information such as your browser type, IP address and cookies, as well as which pages you visit. When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, payment details and email address.

Use of information

We use order information to process your purchase and create your personalised song. We also use this information for fraud prevention, customer communications and—only with your consent—marketing. Device information is used to optimise the website and analyse our marketing campaigns.

Rights to content

By sharing stories, requests and personal details with us, you give us the right to use them to produce and deliver your song. You confirm that you have all the necessary rights and consent for any names, voices or personal information about other people that you share with us.

Sharing with third parties

Your information is shared with the service providers necessary to provide the service: Cloudflare (hosting), Mollie och Stripe (betalningshantering), Fly.io (order system), Resend (e-post) och Klaviyo (marketing).

Targeted marketing

We use targeted advertising based on personal information. You can opt out via your ad settings with, for example, Meta/Facebook.

Payment and delivery

Payment is made by card (Mollie) or MobilePay/Klarna (Stripe). Your song is delivered digitally – see our leveranspolicy for details about delivery times.
