Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. To exercise this right, contact us at support@trymelodiavoss.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, innan we begin producing your song.

The right of withdrawal expires if you expressly request that production of your song begin immediately and acknowledge that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal once work has begun. Approved withdrawal requests will be refunded in full within 14 days to the original payment method.

Refunds

Because our songs are custom-made and delivered digitally, a purchase is generally final once production has begun or the song has been delivered. Digital delivery is considered complete when the access link has been sent to your email—whether or not you have opened it. Cancellation requests should therefore be sent as soon as possible and are approved based on the status of the order.

Returns and refunds in other cases

We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Add-on services such as express delivery (1 hour) are non-refundable. If, due to an error on our part, we are unable to deliver the song as described, we will offer either a new version or a refund. Payment provider fees and other third-party costs may in some cases be non-refundable.

Delayed or missing refunds

First, check with your bank or review your account statement, and contact your card issuer if necessary, as processing times may apply. If the issue is still unresolved, you can contact us via support@trymelodiavoss.com.

Revisions

If you’re not happy with your song, we offer free revisions until you’re satisfied—or, at our discretion, a refund.

Incorrect charges

If you notice an incorrect charge, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank. We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks.

Cancellations

Once production of your song has begun or the song has been delivered, the order can no longer be cancelled.
